Rusty but could spin up with some man page work and google-fu. Never did
much beyond pretty simple captures though.

I used it for network issue debug quite a lot ages ago. I'm not sure what it
says about me or the level of encrypted traffic, but I managed to avoid
networking issues calling for the use of tcpdump in the last number of years.

Fair to middling, mostly can find what's needed without searching, but
still regularly search for syntax on advanced matching filters
