        Our client is looking for a Sr. Software Test Engineer. The ideal 
candidate:
Must be able to create software testing requirements/test cases. Must be
capable of reporting detailed software defects. Must be capable of taking
lead responsibility of designated projects. Must have the ability to provide
general maintenance on automation scripts. Should be capable of identifying
and proposing areas of improvement throughout the QA process. Should be:
self-motivated and capable of taking direction and managing priorities and
tasks as delegated.

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods, and
processes. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good verbal/written
communication skills preferred. Windows (2000, XP, 2003 Server) and Linux (Red
Hat AS/ES) environments in a QA environment.  Experience with Web browsers and
internet technologies in a QA environment required.  Perl (reports are written
in perl), Python, JavaScript or any other shell scripting language preferred.
Some database experience with SQL Server and Oracle would be helpful.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
experience is  required.:  Experience with Windows (2000, XP, 2003 Server) and
Linux (Red Hat AS/ES) environments in a QA environment.  Experience with Web
browsers and internet technologies in a QA environment required.

Preferred: Six years or more of QA or Software Testing experience and
experience with Perl (reports are written in perl), Python, JavaScript or any 
other shell scripting language preferred.  Desired: Experience in Unix (HP-UX,
AIX, Solaris) and Macintosh (OS X) environments in a QA environment. 
Experience with Microsoft SQL
