I clicked print and I realized I wasn't done with my document. So I pressed
cancel on the printer and nothing printed. I then completed the document,
pressed print, and nothing happened. So I clicked the printer icon and
there were suddenly a bunch of items in queue. So I cleared them all out,

It's a classic, but I think it will work in your case and in this
case, I mean turn off the printer and then reboot the computer. Check
to see if there is still a print job and if so, kill it. Then turn the
printer back on and hopefully all
well, one of the first things I did was to reboot the computer but I
didn't turn off the printer. turning the printer off did the trick! thanks.

I have a need to sniff traffic on mynetwork. Does anyone have any
recommendations for a free network sniffing application for Windows.
I'd prefer an application that's simpler to use with perhaps less features than
a more complex application that a network admin might have a need for.
I think wireshark has a windows installer.

I regularly use both Wireshark and Microsoft Network Monitor (NetMon)
on Windows workstations and servers. Both are free and, although they
are full-featured tools, are fairly easy to use.
