I've used GIMP before, but I'm a maniac. Just open the PDF. Each page
will be a layer. The trick is to export as pdf again instead of "overwite
pdf". This lets you select the options "layers as pages" and also "reverse
the pages order".
This probably totally loses all the magic dust inside
What can I usse to edit PDFs. I was told Libre office would work but iit
fails when I try to save the document.

I got it back with right click ->add applet
somehow I had put the panel in edit mode so that was messing me up until I
figured that out
