is not compatible with PHP 7.2.
I installed Ubuntu 16.04lts which is compatible.

Tried using apt-cache pkgnames Bcmath and apt-cache pkgnames
php7.2-bcmath , both return to the prompt w/o any feedback.

always easy, have caused me to change distributions for less, but usually
