Last week my content on FB started being displayed in some things like Spanish
or Portuguese.
I poked around to change the language and it said it was English, but it didn’t
change.
So I logged-out and logged back in and that fixed things.

likely, controlled by your browser.
Clear your cache and cookies.
If the problem persists, then backup your favorites, uninstall your browser
and reinstall.
