I messed up installing xfce (meaning that I should not have done it). Before I installed it I could use google hang outs chat and video chats. Now when I try starting a hangout I get two errors. The first is, 'Could not load Google Talk Plugin,' and the second reads, 'Could not load Google Talk

wrench icon - Tools - Extensions or in the browser input chrome://extensions/ are you sure the Google Talk plugin works with Chromium? might be a Chrome only thing - just guessing -below- If you go to the system icon tray (lower right hand corner of your task bar) you may have to left-click
