I sugest you rsync as root with:
rsync -HXa --super yada-yada-yada...

Actually, we mostly need people willing to man the DEFENSE (and forensics) side
of the HackFest.
We have more than a few who a unstoppable with exploit tech, so we need the
important part which consists of:
1) honeypots
2) keyloggers
3) IDS [snort tiger and tripwire]
to give us a full report
I was working in Evolution composing and e-mail. I changed my mind and
canceled it. I flipped to another desktop to browse. When I came back my
Inbox was empty. Inbox was not listed in the folder lost on the left
pane until after I closed Evolution and restarted it. Other e-mail
folders still

Is your home directory on a network share? Just curious if maybe you
lost connectivity and evolution re-created the folder.
I had a similar situation happen but I figured it out. I did a CTRL+A
then CTRL+J in my Inbox. That was bad because it marked everything
