I have had Qwest DSL for almost ten years and have had excellent service
and little down-time.
DSL gives you low latency and a dedicated connection... if you have
7Mbps service, it's not shared with the kid down the street and his
torrent server.

Yes there was one Saturday in an RV Park in Mesa. It was heavily discussed
