moin moin, The whole Humble Bundle thing is interesting. Making close to $1 million in a couple of weeks on name your own pricing is pretty good, too. That money is split between 2 companies and 2 charities, but the companies seem to be happy. Some of the companies involved in the Humble Bundle

Hi, Wondered if I can ask a basic server question as my experience is mostly limited to desktops...mostly. I'm doing this on my local host laptop as a test...but let's pretend local desktop client and big server. So I have some html and php code that uploads a flash flv video file from my desktop

Hi PLUG, My parents live in Chandler and tried to upgrade their ubuntu from 8.04 to a current version, and ran into some error where it won't reboot. I've found some help on the ubuntu forums and think I can help them fix it, but they need a live CD so they can boot up and mount their filesystems

If someone steals my car and runs someone over, am I liable? I'm not buying this behavior as acceptable. Our networks are not truly secure, and should never be considered anything more than circumstantial evidence. Demanding turnover of computers, I find acceptable. The home invasion I do not.

I have an automotive diagnostic device that seems to only want to communicate across the serial port at a baud rate of 8192 which is a non-standard baud rate. When I try to use setserial or stty to set this baud rate on the port both programs tell me "Invalid Argument" stty -F /dev/ttyS0 8192 stty
