type "netstat -a | grep ssh" on the print server host, you should get
something like this:
tcp0 0 *:ssh *:*
LISTEN

I was watching a video and everything was great. Then I accidently clicked
on the screen and the sound quit working and I couldn't get it to work
again. I tried with the mint system settings and I tried with alsa mixer
but nothing worked. In my googling I found the suggestion to add 'options
snd-h

I'm pretty dure that is because openssh-server Doesn't seem to be
installed. I tried installing it but it won't install. I think it because
it can't remove
I have that problem with the LinuxActionShow. I always figured it was a
problem with the video itself. or with the player being used by the
browser. Its never been enough of a problem to warrant the time to find a
solution. If I were to do so, I would try it on Chrome and I would try it
on a dif

Guess Dell is still selling Ubuntu laptops, though finding them on their
site tends to be a challenge. $431 on sale - not bad for a portable
little 13.3" box with ubuntu 11.04 installed. Not exactly a powerhouse,

Yeah, you avoid unity then (or can). :)
Just the fact that they have it working means whatever linux will
probably still run across the vostro line whether it ships with or not.
Post circa 2008 I don't think they bother with separate hardware
packages, rather just push support upstream into
Dell also tends to have a very stable hardware list and allot of its
vendors work with Linux development for support.
