I can open and save files just fine but when I attempt to save it to a
flash drive I get an error that the 'object' is not accessable 'due to
insufficient user rights.' I did google it but one guy was saying he made
it uneditable. but I just wrote the document. Then another guy asked

The old URL looks like this : www.mydomain.tld/article.php?id=1
I need it to redirect to a new URL like this
www.mydomain.TLD/category-name/article-name
This Works : note I removed the ?id=1 from RewriteRule ^article\.php$
