Bug tracking solution?

Can anyone recommend a neat, simple and free PHP based bug tracking/reporting solution? Something as simple as Google Code's system? I have about 5 people beta-testing a freeware chat app for Disabilities-R-Us and the bug reporting is becoming unmanageable. Since the project isn't open source,
