so far my experience with bsnl has been very good.
unlike the perception, bsnl people are quite considerate
and their services most reliable.
i have been using their DIAS since 2 years and Dataone since abt 6-7 months,
mine we the first DIAS connection in Pune and the first few dataone
connect
I am happy with sify.
