[PLUG] legality of restricted formats in India

Hi , Some one ask me to take care for " legality of restricted formats " . Please suggest me I want to include "xmms" and "mplayer" with all needed codec in CS Ubuntu Distro . Is this Legal in India ? If no them suggest me some alternatives . -- Regards Amit. -- ___
