I believe this more of a earthing problem rather than the Power Adapter.
Have you tried connecting it at other places, I also experienced the same
thing but when I would connect my laptop in office where apparantely the
earthing was fine, I didnt feel any electric shock

This is so sad. Everytime I hear something like this, I feel we should
do something to make our roads safer. Driving 2 wheeler has become so
dangerous on Pune roads. The problem is I just don't know what I can
do as an individual. I have seen roads all over the world and wonder

This is really tragic and saddening, especially when someone who is part of
a group becomes just another statistic to government apathy.
I no longer live in Pune, but from my visits, I have seen that the city's
roads have worsened in terms of safety, especially the traffic signals at
the RTO junct
We all will miss him a lot.
