I normally prefer mupdf, which is fast and has convenient key bindings etc. Now I have got a wide screen and wish to use the dual page feature, which mupdf doesn't have. I get that with evince, but can't get rid of the toolbar at the top i.e. there is no dual page fullscreen mode in evince. (Or
