[PLUG] What is up with PLUG mailing list these days?

I see some mail traffic and when I open the mail I find something that does not interest me (and guess that may not be interesting many others, but that's not really my call). I am a member of this list since 2000 and since very early days people have preferred quality to quantity of mails on this
