I don't think it was scanning at the time, but now with no scanning
going on and both Moose and SS have been running for a while, but I
still cannot start a Dynamic Playlist of my own definition. No logs
from SS and I can't really make sense of the Moose log. Should I email
it to you?

Thanks Triode that works fine. Only very minor point I noticed in the UI
is that when I edit an entry, the text in the 'Set' button gets
truncated to 'Se'.

guess what - it works now.
i suspect magnatune had a problem at their end providing the CSV.
just for good measure i tried it again today and it worked right away.
and yes, i can open the CSV in my browser.
and when i try opening the plugin with the IR on my SB3 it works fine.

Sorry, no, that's not restarting slimserver it's just closing and
opening a window to slimserver.
I don't have a Mac so I can't provide you with specific instructions
you need.
I hope a Mac user (such as Danco) following this thread can provide
the steps in detail.

You need to go into system preferences. Locate the Slimserver icon;
click on it. Click on the toggle button to turn off slimserver. Wait a
few seconds, and then toggle it again to restart.

recognise changes to the plugin - so what do the rest of you do? Do you

continually says "nothing being timed", even when, in fact, music is
playing.

Yep. Restart is the only way to go. Once the code is loaded

I'm afaid that's a consequence of the fix to make it work on IE7 - I'm
open to suggestions from html experts.
Before it used %age based widths for the text fields and a fixed width
for the button. This worked for IE6 opera and firefox, but not for
IE7! So the change was to make the button width

Hmm, sounds like good advice. However, I've just switched to the 6.5
branch and now can't get the web interface to work. The player works
fine, but when I view the web interface with Default, the left-hand

did you uninstall 7 and make sure nothing was left over,
Apart from bpa's suggestion, it can't do any harm to increase the radio
station timeout - to 30 seconds or even more - even though it may not
