The other thing I thought of is, are you using the right program for
your player?
TTFtoSBG as referenced in the thread subject is only for the SBG. If you
have a SB2 or 3,
you need to use TTFtoSB2.
A player will only show as available the fonts that match its display
size.

in the AlarmPlugin i'm using the CLI to play random Albums from my
Clean MultiLibrary.
This is working fine, but now i hear only the first 30 Minutes of my
Albums and than the Alarm shuts down. Next Day another Album.

note: TTF2SBG is the only program for fonts I saw on slimdevice's
plugin page. TTF2SB2 isn't there, but I found the link via google.

Felix, yes, I was using the correct conf file. The others I have
installed contain different internal device names. I specifically added
-felix to the one being tested.

What is it that you're trying to accomplish? I'm not using that feature
of TrackStat, but I am successfully updating iTunes with ratings, last
played, and play count info from TrackStat using Perl and
TrackStat_iTunes_Complete.txt. I wonder if you're trying to do
something that isn't
I've had so many complicated work-arounds for this over the last two
years. Now at last something easy to use and with high quality
streaming.

What is the Music folder setting in Server Settings set to ?
Is it empty because you scan your SlimServer music using iTunes or
MusicIP plugins ?
If it is empty, that is probably the problem. If that is the cause I
think I will have to add a Music folder setting to TrackStat so it
also works

Had everything running OK and then decided to change my LastFM account.
I deleted the old account and set up a new one (at lastFM.com). I then
repointed my SS to look at the new account (from server, plugins,

There are 2 points to set this up (audioscrobbler plugin and internet
radio). I hadn't checked the box in internet radio to use the
audioscrobbler settings... doh!

Sorry if this has been asked before but has anyone got Alienbbc Inguz
working together?. I can only get alienbbc to work if I unassociate
Inguz in the server filetypes page. If I say enable it on just flac
(most of my music is in flac), then alienbbc gets stuck in a
'connecting' loop.

What OS are you using ?
Can you post a debug log of an attempted connection with d_plugins,
d_source and d_remotestream
My guess is something may be related inguz assuming alienbbc app uses
stdout but mplayer doesn't use stdout for output.

Running a swedish version of iTunes 7.1.1 and the 2.1 itunesUpdate.
Tried to update my itunes manually with the perl script. But it wont
work.
It seems that the playcont is updated, on some of the tracks. But no
rating, and no played-time.

could it be that alienbbc is using mplayer to get the feed, then
convering to flac for streaming to squeezebox, however inguz is
intercepting the flac stream?

OK, I have a different problem. With 6.5.2, socketwrapper crashes.
I think SlimServer is doing the right thing, though: piping the
AlienBBC output (rtsp-mplayer-flac) into the InguzDSP transcode
(flac-WAV-DSP-flac).
