The AlienBBC on the TS-109 is effectively a closed systems but AFAIK is identical for every TS-109 users so the problem is related to connection between the TS-109 and the router. One reason the "couldn't resolve" issue used to appear when Slimserver was started before the server has made contac

I installed Inguz on freebsd per the web instructions. It is working with flac files but the sound is not good. The best way to describe the sound is heavy static and raspy. I think it has something to do with the volume gain as the vu meters are getting pegged much more than normal. Did I miss

That's right. Inguz needs a fairly powerful PC to work it's magic. I've run it on a 1.8Ghz core duo and it used about 20% of the CPU when it was running. a NAS certainly wouldn't be able to run it. I don't know about one of the low power green PCs but looking at the specs of them I doubt it would
