The zero rating looks like a bug - It's only supposed to save the zero

Slacker is just MP3, it works fine with Softsqueeze and I assume it will
with Squeezeslave.

Has anyone gotten either to work with the recently announced Slacker
Radio service in 7.0? I've tried it through SqueezeCenter and get no
sound. Haven't tried it through SqueezeNetwork yet, but I suspect the
problem lies within the clients.

Do you have UAC enabled ?
Attached is a another mod to Plugin.pm. It eliminates the "directory
writable" test as I wonder whether the test is a problem with Vista.
Can you re-run the same test with d_plugins enabled.

All the mplayer in AlienBBC does is play the supplied file or pipe,
decode and generate a WAV stream onto stdout.

Is anyone else having problems with plugins with the most recent nightly
SC7.0 under Mac OS X? I had them working fine under a version of SC7.0
from a couple of weeks ago but now they are broken. They show up in

After reviewing the thread and some PMs, I have mixed up Johnny66 with
another user with similar issue. It looks like Johnny66 never resolved
the issue and your system is practically identical.
I don't have a Vista system but I'll see if I can come up with some
