If you always want the static playlists to be played in random order through Dynamic Playlist, there is an option in the "Dynamic Playlist" section of "Server Settings/Plugins" called "RANDOM SAVED PLAYLISTS" that does this. In SQL Playlist you can also create a new playlist of the type "Top rate
