I managed to dig up a 6.5 version of the BookMark V2 plugin and merged
it into googlecode in the 6.5.x tagged section. This should support
the 10 bookmark options. When you enter the plugin via the remote, you
can save or restore using PLAY or a number key. Every number key

there, you turn the radio out to rock out to your favorite tune. Song

Greg,
First off, I love this plugin. I have used it since the very beginning.
You rock!
Now to my problem. I recently updated SqueezeCenter to the latest
build ( as of 2/25/2008) and now i dont see the the Sirius plugin in
the SqueezeCenter webpage, under Internet Radio. I can still access

Eric, would you entertain a patch to support FuzzyTime?
What's FuzzyTime? Essentially, a plugin to allow a Squeezebox to act
like a clock set "fast", for folks who like their bedroom clocks ahead
of real time, to motivate themselves in the mornings.

I'm running my SC7 on FreeNAS so it is linux based(actually FreeBSD) and
therefore there is as you say bpa no support for wma because it is a
windows-based format. But AlienBBC provides that for non-windows.
But the problem is not that I can't play it. I just don't understand
why it is nesacary t
When the server is on Linux and you want to play WMA on Softsqueeze you
needs a transcoder - AlienBBC has these settings.
So as well as RealAudio, AlienBBC also enables playing WMA stream on
Softsqueeze (and SB1) when Slimserver/SqueezeCenter is on a Linux or
OSX system.

thanks.
To make use of the information from the custom scan plugin this
requires erland's other excellent plugins (and some time to configure
these) - would be much nicer with SC core support...okay will stop
here, as i'm drifting in the same direction as the running thread

You can use PERFORMER if you use erland's Custom Scan plugin and tell

Hi,
I have a modest collection of music, 226 albums, 2305 tracks from 405
artists, and I love to listen to my collection using the 'Random Mix'
plugin on my SB3.
The trouble is...I am just not very convinced it is that random. It
always seems to favour certain artists despite not having any more

A 2GHz P4(or whatever) is a lot more than twice as fast as a 1GHz P3.

http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ is all you need. There is a good forum for its
use with lots of Q&A in it, and even a page in the slim wiki.

I just wanted to say thanks to you two guys for this outstanding piece
of work. Being able to bring up the album review for the now playing
music and read it on a large bright, clear (and rotatable) display is a
great addition to what has already become a pretty sophisticated remote
