The audio library lists all possible devices presented to it from the OS audio driver. Try starting SS using the -On (capital letter O) on the command line, where n is the number listed beside the device, until you find the one that you want. -H will give you the full list of available options.

If you really want XM just drop down to 7.2.1. Really, is that too much of a work around? Anyway, 7.2.1 is pretty stable build. Now for the kicker. I just upgraded to the new 128kb stream - yeah more money! Anyway, the stream keeps putting out farty noises. It happens on most channels. Its
