So, 50:58 @ 192kb/s is the same number of bits as 1:16:27 @ 128kb/s.
Triode, can you try downloading the stream to a local file and then
play that either through SC and/or using alternate MP3 players. I

And one more thing - I cannot get the XMRadio entry to appear in the
Internet Radio on the controller. It appears in the home menu instead.
Yet on the browser, it appears under internet radio. I set the node to

Reproduced here on a Radio3 192k stream - stops at 50:58 and then gives
brief static bursts. Same debugs as seen on this thread.
So it seems to me Alan that its something to do with the amount of data
streamed into the player. I suggest the next stage would be to test
with proxy streaming enabl
well thanks for even getting it off the ground. It's cool so far and can

Hi guys!
I'm writing this, via VNC and my Ubuntu machine, from my G1 - it

So rabbit is listening to Radio3 and jwedwards to radio2.
The radio3 streams are 192k and the radio2 ones 128k. This may explain
the difference in time before it stops...
Could you try a non radio3 stream to see if it lasts for 1hour 16

I tried the different solutions and it seems to me that th automtic

track (flac) in the playlist it stops and I have to hit next to get it
to play the next track.
Any ideas?

I upgraded to 7.3.3 this morning and have just streamed last night's R&M
Show on listen again (sorry if this isn't cool but hey I'm 47 I'm
allowed to be uncool). Unfortunately, it stopped at exactly the same
point as before 1:16:27 to the second. Again, rewinding it a bit sets
it back on track and

Thanks for starting development on this - it really is excellent. A
question I have is how do I use it to turn off the squeezebox? I can't

Last night I upgraded SC to 7.3.3 including the corresponding firmware
jump to v125. I have now listened to 2 iPlayer streams of over an hour
each and so far no problems. In the log there are no more STREAMOUT
messages, just lots of STREAMING :-)
So from my, user, perspective it all seems to be o
