As an experiment I tried SC 7.32. I couldn't even load CustomSvan and
TrackStat! If you can tell me how to do this I'll continue the
experiment!

Well, since my previous posts I have a new computer with a fresh install
and I still can't get past the part where my SBC searches for the Sirius

DLNA is basically an extension of the UPnP Audio/Video Device Control
Protocols. DLNA is 100% UPnP plus about 1% extra for DLNA specific
features...
So I suggest you start by going t
Great.
Do i need to put the scpowertools folder with everything else in

All menus should be work and as far as I can tell - they do on my
system.
The "Not items found" message often appears as a result of a timeout
where the BBC web pages has not been returned within a timeout. Change
WebUI Settings/Advanced/Network/Radio Station Timeout to say 20 and see

Thanks, I'm not worried that it doesn't work, there's a bunch of menus

the message 'ERROR: NO ITEMS FOUND IN PLAYLIST'and drops back to the
main menu).
At some stage I might start to investigate it.

No. You have to sign up as a manufacturer member in DLNA to get the

Here's a rare installation. Have upgraded Alien from 2.5a5 to 2.6.0
running on a Synology CS-407 NAS drive (DSM 2.1 0832) with the SSODS

Works fine (but see the fix I need to make on this system below).
