Hi there - is anyone else experiencing difficulty streaming Radio 4?
ALl the other radio streams seem fine - I get stuck on buffering at
2%.
(I've tried de-selecting Use WMA streams)

That is correct - WMA decoders are proprietary and are not included in
softwareplayers.
If your SBS is based on Windows then WMA files/ streams will be
transcoded by SBS. If you are using Linux or OSX then the PlayWMA
plugin will enable transcoding but only if mplayer is supported on your
SBS

When I was broken for me the other day it was completely broken, no
amount of selecting another stream first helped. Also it appeared to
put my Radio into a constant reboot cycle whenever I selected the
stream on the Radio.

No problem playing Radio4 outside the UK which is served by a different
set of servers than UK users.

This is starting to look like the outage in January. I have updated to
the latest available SuperDateTime and Squeezebox Server, restarted
several times and still not getting weather info from weather.com.
