I ran the Trouble-shooter in Windows Firewall, and specified
WhitebearService.exe as the program I was having trouble connecting to.
It did some magic and now all is working fine!

what I've noticed is that if you have Triodes 3rd party plugin
installed and SpotifyDeamon is running, you can actually use the
Official Spotify plugin to select what you wan't to play and
SpotifyDeamon will handle the musicstr
