sugarcube is also installed (and works fine as alarm), i use mainly flac files, i have 4 booms and tested it on 2 of them (with same result) Could you please try with sugarcube disabled? I'm wondering whether some of the "don't stop this music" like features are messing with each other. --

I second the recommendation about the Clear&Rescan. "Flush Cache" in iPeng only makes iPeng re-read everything from the server. But that will not clean up duplicates. Duplicates are always in the library itself, iPeng doesn't aggregate different states from the past, it always only uses a single
