The Mac address is what identifies the player . If you renamed a
transporter on mysb.com it may not be the rigth one

Make sure the device is registered to your account on mysb.com. Re-add the
Sirius app and make sure it's enabled for that player.

also, just to reiterate, it's Sirius Xm that is the problem, not
Spotify. Spotify works perfectly, as does Qobuz, and all other internet
streams.
and Sirius is ONLY a problem on this Transporter. the other works
perfectly, as do the other players on my network.

I have a vexing problem with a transporter and listening to Sirius XM.
I have 2 transporters, one connected via ethernet (silver) and one wifi
(black). the latter i recently acquired used, and works flawlessly,
except for listening to Sirius XM: streams stop after ~30 seconds, and i

FYI as a workaround - more recent programmes are available via the
iPlayer Extra plugin.
