On the test beta provided by Synology, the WAVs are playable and
Great job on the fix! 1.4.3 successfully loaded and configured for DASH,
and both Listen Live (Non UK) and Listen Again are working (Windows 7,
LMS 7.9.0).
I also have BBC iPlayer Extras 1.9.1 working.
The only thing missing is Listen Live for World Service, which I know
utgg mentioned earlier

Yes, the plugin does the installation of the standalone app, but all it
does from that point of view is selectin
Looks like the Thin.npr.org is now broken by NPR - I can't make it play
anything even on Windows.

Sadly I can't provide any logs just now. Turning off all the metadata
settings seems to have done the trick for me, at least as far as I can
say after so few attempts.
My guesd is, that certain webradio stations handle metadata a bit
differently, and that messes up the autostart. But that's just

Using WinSCP I simply deleted the BBCiPlayer folder from my
RasPi/max2play LMS, and replaced it with a copy of the same folder from

I don't think do, cause the timeout is constant, regular and identical
to the timeout at for the CC and not at all random. I think SC somehow
fails to keep the CC alive

With aac disabled: Touch works, Squeezelite works

directly from the DASH MPD but as I can't get 320kbs stream I don't know

Added here, seems to work fine - will see how it goes.
Forced DASH and all appears well.
Notice bit rates now display correctly (320 rather than 339) and File
Format is just AAC without the 'LC'.
Have disabled native AAC (dunno if I need to or not).
Listen Again appears to be back to 320 kb.
All working again here on my Synology. Thank you so much!

with the result that 1.4.2 showed-up as a pluging update. It updated
without me doing anything else and seems to work. I'm in the UK and get
Listen Again (yesterday's Archers) at 320 kbps, and live Radio 4 also at

Can you also check UK streams native disabled ? I'll recheck menu.opml
in case there may be a typo in the UK URLs.
That's good. I hope problem is local to Touch/ Radio - not great that it
looks like a codec issue in the Touch.

Sadly I still have the same issue as before. I've tried to analyze a bit
more, but since this is a more or less random affair it's a bit hard to
diagnose.

Your system hasn't loaded the respository - you should see a tab "bpa's
