Try rename or copy the corresponding pv-file that fits your architecture
(they have different endings in the file name). Name it just pv and try
if that works. The correct way is to name it pv-custom, this way it is
kept during an upgrade, else you need to back and rename it again.

I just upgraded from Spotty 1.4.1 to 1.9.6 and it stopped working. :-( I
I'd suggest you shut down LMS, remove the spotty sub-folder from LMS'
cache folder (see Settings/Information), restart. You'll then have to go
through authentication again.

No the router is OK. I suspect the issue is either with the cellular
network or the security policy on the phone.
Ive seen a few of these cases recently. Need a way to reproduce it to
see whats wrong but all the networks over here seem to handle it fine.

That could easily be that the new router does not do port forwarding in
the same way as the old.

at various stages of interacting with Spotty (clicking the icon,
