date in July 2018 when a patch was applied.
Can you update LMS to 7.9.2 or later version of 7.9.1

I cannot install Spotty
I'm running LMS 7.9.2 on pCP 4.1.0 and when I'm trying to "install" the
Spotty plugin it doesn't work.
I check the box next to the Spotty plugin, I restart LMS and then the
Spotty plugin sits at the top. "Updated plugins available"
