Is it possible to send the Artist snd Song Title to the Lyrics pm
outside of the LMS plug-in to query for Lyrics and then save? I would
like to search through my FLACs for missing Lyrics, and then send
the Artist and Title to the pearl module to do the look-up.

Thanks @philippe_44, the 1.40.9 version fixes the noise issue, much
appreciated thank you!

Hi
Is it possible to display more meta data e.g. encoding format, album
tracks total etc. when listing albums or tracks?
More often than I'd like, I get duplicate listings and it'd be great to
see which album/track is in flac v mp3, or is the pressing with extra
tracks etc.
I've tried

Good point, I'll try this way. But from the information of the "status
playlist" command the only way seems to be to parse the
*"current_title"* tag, e.g. *"current_title:3. DON'T CHASE

You can also pass "artist:ARTISTNAME",
Hi all,
I'm using the MAI CLI to retrieve infos for the current song to display
it on a little dashboard on a tablet. Works fine for all songs from my
local library, but when it comes to songs from Spotify (over Spotty),
the reported song id is a negative number, e.g.

Received email form Spotify requesting password change plus been logged
off an all devices.
3x Squeezebox Touch, 3x Squeezebox Radio, Squeezelite (RPi with
HiFiBerry DAC+Pro), Material Skin Apk,
hmm not sure if its just coincidence but day after using WebAPI cookie
with Spotty my account password has been changed/blocked due to
suspicious activity.
Hmm... I've been happily using the code for several weeks before
releasing it. I would be surprised if its use here got the account

Spoke too soon. Whilst the plugins may have installed, the RadioNet
plugin produces the following when I try to browse/search:
"There was an error loading the remote feed for : (Connect timed out:
)"
Are the feeds also using SSL?
Can this be changed to non-secure?

Thanks. This seems to have worked.

Has anyone else experienced same problem? Maybe Spotify doesn't like
this workaround Michael?
Anyway will try to reset and
Doing a little more checking.
The BBC rms.api.bbc.co.uk URL which provides the track info - is a
https only service.
The 1.6.9 version of the plugin changed to only use a https URL
If the OP's https support in OS, LMS and SSL libraries is not up to date
- then no track info will be
Followup - web player is still using the feed that Plugin uses. So not
sure what I saw a few months ago.
If anybody want to check trackinto - the URL for R3 is - JSON output but
readable using a browser .
If track info current then "now_playing" will be "true"
It is a https URL.

I think the OP may be looking for Track information at the time when the
BBC is just not providing it and has generalised it.
The 1.6.9 changes were because the RadioPlayer feed which
I just tried and song titles are showing for BBC R3 (Essential Classics
is the show and track info changing roughly in time with it changing on
air).
I do not have it as a Favourite - so went in via
Apps/BBC iPlayer/Live/R3
(and in UK)

Are you not looking at my post and slartibartfast's post which clearly
show the track info is available by two different user in two

Never had a problem before on the band's campout app.
See my collection, weeklies etc.
select an artist
Blank on next screen, no titles at all
Thanks for the heads up. Please give v1.8.2 a try.

Actually, that's not 100% true. If custom.js had -window.alert('Hello')-
then you would see this alert when Material starts
