I thought I would share what I did to get Weather Underground working on
my SqueezeBox 3 via Windows 8.1.
I extracted the plugin.pm file from SuperDateTime 5.9.14 that I
downloaded from here:

Yep, my SDT stopped updating on 11/19/2014. I just see the weather.com
logo on the left of the screen, and it refreshes to the same when I hit
the "+" to update.
I tried listing a local WeatherUnderground station and removing the zip
code for weather.com in the settings, but after applying the c
It seems like some time around 11pm or 12pm Eastern Time every night I
get the "-" (dash) in the upper right corner, whatever that means. Then
it goes away during the day time. I kept thinking it was updating and
fixing itself, but it seems like it is happening around that time every
night. I h
011 mine was NOT working, but I manually
applied the fix and it has been working since. I'm in the US.

e is your Super Date Time plugin installed ? Is it installed in the

Yes, SDT has been installed for a long time. This is on Windows Home
Server, using 7.5.2.
Don't know, but manually installing fixed everything...for now. :)

I can confirm the temp fix listed by plympton here
http://forums.slimdevices.com/showpost.php?p=550022&postcount=1760 has
made the perpetual * go away on my SB3-era device. SB Radio working
fine.
