When everything will be played at least once, then I could select those
with the lowest PlayCount first and then order them by LastPlayed - in
this way I would have a better chance to listen to music I tend to
overlook.

not really a big fan of 3rd party plugins (I think that SC has
enough problems already on its own) - the only 3rd party plugin I have
installed is Server Power Control - because I absolutely need it.
