On pcp repository yoy can find the libusb package.
I have understand that both packages are required to build shark2.c, is
that correct?

I have test it on RPI 3b+ with picorerplayer. I have also tested on
latest raspbian ( which gave me other error). I cannot find libhid-dev
package for both OSes.
I have a slight problem with the plugin
when i recall it i hear some noise like no reception and the log says
