After thinking about it, I think I agree. - Skip = decrement.
What I did was edited the code to do a +2 on a play and left it at -1
on a skip.

I agree that is shouldn't be decreased unless you actually start
listening to the song...probably 5 seconds sounds good to me. That way
if you are scanning through a list for a particular song, the songs you
skip won't be penalized.
