Streaming from the Ios device to Squeeze devices?
A bit like the Sonos Ipod dock.
Not something I'd personally have a huge use for though.

Custom mini itx server in a 1940s radio case, currently being revamped
to add XBMC, Acer Revo as a stand-in. Favourite 7,500 trac
It's the only way to turn off the screen when the screen saver is
disabled."
Very cool, I like features and didn't think of it like that.

with Ipeng.

n't adjust
volume if the phone is 'upside down'. Workaround is to use the phone
the correct way up I suppose ;-)
Its very minor, just odd, everything else is pretty good at my end
otherwise.
I don't like the player icons and preferred the old ones.

cus
you 'scrub' which is
dragging the progress slider to a specific point in a song, the stream
is interupted and the SB has to re-buffer the song.
Scrubbing works fine for locally stored songs, not for music services
on the internet, in my experience.
I don't think this is an Ipeng issue.

Would the No Setup plugin
http://www.herger.net/slim-plugins/detail.php?nr=428&kategorie=slim-plugins
do what you want?
Kids could play with the 'real remote' but not be able to access any
server config settings...??
