4. Opened SqueezeCenter in the browser. Modified the path to include
the path to the plugin:
http://127.0.0.1:9000/Plugins/SettingsManager/HTML/EN/plugins/SettingsManager/control.html
The rest was self explanatory.
Hopefully this will come as useful for other newbies ;-)
