You can make an -/etc/init.d/squeezeslave- script (start with copying
an other -/etc/init.d/- script) that can be configured to start up at
certain run levels. On fedora, you can configure the startup runlevels
with -chkconfig-, but I think you have to use -sysv-rc-conf- or

How do I start squeezeslave automaticly on startup using Ubuntu 8.04?
Preferably using the Session manager in ubuntu..
I tried adding the command "squeezeslave" in the sessions manager, but
that didn't work. It seems like I have to have a terminal window open
to get it to work..
