Any news on this? I've been trying to get on to Jazzfm via Triode's
plugin without luck.

Working fine for me Jaca. However, JazzFM is notorious - in my
experience - for server full issues at times of high demand.

Looks like login is required to access Audio on Demand trough jazzfm
website... btw it is still free.
I hope Triode could amend his plugin to allow input for login
information on LMS plugin settings.

cracked it. have a scheduled job that runs a powershell script driving

Thanks

Live streaming in the plugin is just passing the server a http url, so
its really the server which implements the protocol. Not sure about
implementing a retry mechanism for that. Will need to do some digging.
Appreciated. Thanks!

Live. I *always* get 400 or server error in the early evening or at
other times of peak demand (e.g. Saturday morning).

Apologies if this has been asked for, but is there any possibility of an
auto-retry-connect option when encountering a 400 Server Full or other
server error?
It doesn't have to be one attempt per millisecond, but something along
the lines of one attempt per one or two seconds would be great.

Well, naturally enough, it's been behaving itself perfectly since I
posted. A bit like going to the doctor. I'll keep an eye on it, but
thanks for replying, Triode. And I promise not to be so grumpy about it
all if there's a next time. Fingers crossed.

Oh well, I'll assume everyone else is using this plugin completely

Can you be more specific about the problem - what player? If you run

Any thoughts on that last post, anyone?

I've been using the plugin for a while, and more or less exclusively to
listen to the Dinner Jazz show. Almost always, after a short time of
listening, a very short break in the audio will occur (maybe one
second), then a few minutes later another, and so on.
It makes it impossible to listen to.
Excellent, thank you.

There is a 128k AAC+ stream of Jazz FM here:

Can you access that with the plugin? It's the best quality stream they
offer.
