Hi Timbo, At a guess, I'd say it was either: 1. A firewall issue - is port 9090 open on both your server and client firewalls ? (try disabling both temporarily to see if that fixes things) 2. The server CLI plugin has been turned off. (it's in the SC settings somewhere - if it's off, you'll need

I have installed 0.64d, and it works fine on the local host. unfortunately, I need it most on my laptop. I have pointed the IP address to 192.168.1.66 but "awaiting server response" still shows at the bottom. The Player menu shows "no known players". When I start softsqueeze, it starts OK and

Hi - been using this since the Ark - excellent until fairly recently. Partly my fault - upgraded to Vista, and since then the media keys (pause, volume, FF/rew etc on keyboard) don't work. Volume = no effect, Pause opens Windows Media Player. I'm sure there's something v simple I'm overlooking,
