Fixed it!
Running Windows update resolved the problem. Not sure which update, but
I had installed XP to SP3 level only.

Having just upgraded my PC I am unable to get Inguz working again -
worked fine before on SC7.2.
Have done the '7.*' fix. Have noticed that mySQL as a service has
difficulty starting (works fine without Inguz installed):
