Many thanks - 'straight from the horse's mouth', as the phrase rather
strangely puts it!
That's solved it for me, of course. I hadn't realised that each menu
shown after step 2 was a link that brought up further options.

1. Goto "SqueezeCenter Settings/Custom Browse"

That's how iPeng handles it now, too. Was hoping to get rid of all the
callbacks, though

It only affects the standard remote interface. Most of the

to support it since, for example, the Nokia skin doesn't seem to, but
someone should know what the meaning of this setting is suppposed to
be...

Err.. Question: Does the "Play other song in album" setting affect the
behavior of the Server or does a skin have to take care to obey that?
Would solve a lot of my headaches, if the server did it... (although a
bit redundant since I DID already solve'em..., but ugly code anyway...)

In SC7, I have the per-player setting "Play Other Songs In Album" for all my
players set to "play only selected song".
This works with normal SC music library browsing, but doesn't work in
CustomScan menus - it always seems to play all songs on an album. This is very
bad when I want to play a
