Hi Erland, A kind reminder of the problem above. iTunes ratings are still not updated; I'm still using iTunes 12.1 (not daring to upgrade to 12.2). I would presume these errors provide a hint of where the problem lies: Code: [15-07-07 11:58:58.6810]

Thanks for your response, Erland; good to know that the fault is probable at Apple's side. I would say: take your time. I don't expect you to keep up with the latest versions right away. This is always the risk when you suffer from update-addiction, as I do :-) Best, Randy 1x Squeezebox

Same here. Tried import of ratings from iTunes for the first time, but it failed. Everything seems to be correctly installed (Custom Scan, Trackstat, Dynamic Playlists). Most/Last played songs are imported and can be seen via Trackstat, but not the ratings. I use iTunes 12.1.1.4 and LMS 7.9

Hi, I didn't have the full path and so changed it. The messages now look like this: [09-11-08 14:48:02.0216] Plugins::TrackStat::iTunes::Import::handleTrack (424) file not found: /Volumes/Media/Music/Mumford Sons/Sigh No More/08 Timshel.mp3 [09-11-08 14:48:02.0231]

If iTunes and Squeezebox Server uses different paths to the file you need to setup the path parameters in settings for the iTunes Statistics Import scanning module, see here for an example: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Setup_support_for_ratings#iTunes_integration_with_TrackStat --

thank you. I'm not sure but don't think that they would use different paths to get to the file... Both iTunes and squeezebox server are running on the same machine and pointing to an external disc that has the music on. the xml file is on the mac not the external disc. -- simong
