unfortunately I didn't find a solution for delaying the music playback
on the sb3 after power-on as the IR-Blaster powers on the external amp
correctly but the amp takes about 6 seconds to warm up and play the
music.

sorry to drag up this age old topic but i have run into the same
problem and it saves writing it out again!
Have there been any developments on this since 2006 (!) - link to
patch doesnt work. Specifically I'd like to delay the alarm playing for
a few seconds after turning on.
