OK, done a bit more testing on this.
After restarting SC from the FreeNAS WebGUI, the following 3 plugins
settings pages become unavailable:
MusicInfoSCR
TrackStat
Dynamic PLaylists
I can only get back into the settings for these when I reboot the
FreeNAS box.
Any ideas?

Have a look in your individual plugin folders and see if you've managed
to install one in the wrong place (especially in a subfolder of a
individual plugin folder).

It wasn't so much the upgrade to the new version that fixed my problem
but the reboot that was required.
So to recap, the issue I'm having is that after stopping and starting
the SC, I loose my plugins.
I get 404 error: can't find settings...blahdeblah.
I get them back again when I reboot.
Probably something simple but after having the MusicInfoScr running for
a few days, I had to reboot my server.
Now when I tray and go into the settings page, I get this error:
404 Not Found: settings/plugins/MusicInfoSCR/settings/basic.html
I've seen this before immediately after installing a
I upgraded to 7.01-19608 ti fix this issue.
