Could be. Overall the experience was confusing.The clean install just
losted ED amongst the other plugins. I had to go to setings and then
attempt to add the plugins I wanted. When I redid this and restarted the
SqeezeWhatever process the only thing that seemed to happen was that ED
had taken over

I've upgraded tonight and now plugins appear to uninstall and install
reliably. Cheers.
The behaviour is still incorrect when I click on Extention Downloader
settings from the Settings/Plugin page (flashes up a differently
formatted plugins page for a second).

Please try version 27522 or later. If you were using certain plugins,
they would crash when you tried to restart the server. If you did this
within 10 seconds of selecting a new plugin then the new plugin state
would not be saved to the preference file and hence you the new plugin
would not be l
Do you have any errors in the logs, or could you post the logs with
logging turned on as before?

I'm using the Windows compiled install so don't run Perl independently.
In contradiction to one of my last posts I can't seem to uninstall
Album Reviw and Biography plugins via Extention Downloader and also
can't install the ones mentione above. Generally, for my entirely clean
installation of SC
What kin of perl install do you have ?

Hmm.. actually now I've seen that most have installed. There seems to be
a problem with Michael Hergers Album Review and Biography plugins so
I've taken those out. Now all that won't install seems to be the Line
Out Boom plugin, and some of BPA's InfoBrowser plugins.

Have now updated to 7.4 - r27509 and still none of the selected third
party plugins will install although some of the deselected ones appear
to have uninstalled.

I've just done an entirely clean install of todays 7.4 Windows nightly
(7.4 - r27498) and can't get Extention downloader to work correctly.
I've set "Update plugins automatically" & "Show all 3rd party plugins"
to on and selected the third party plugins I want (iPlayer etc) and
deselected those in

As of today the extension downloader is no longer showing any 3rd party
plugins and the relevant url is no longer working:

Any ideas? Using 7.3.3 which was fine yesterday.
